Your initial consultation will consist of a short questionnaire relating to your health.

We’ll then establish and gather some basic but essential information so I can create you a tailor-made program that you’ll not only enjoy but also get results.

Consultation: approximately 30 minutes.

BODY COMPOSITION FITNESS & FLEXIBILITY ASSESSMENT – £55 

Assessment Includes:

Resting heart rate and blood pressure reading.

Body mass index (BMI).

Measurements.

Waist to hips ratio.

Basal metabolic rate (BMR).

Physical activity level (PAL).

Muscular endurance push up and sit up test.

Flexibility test.

Assessment: 1 hour.

PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION – £50

Training sessions take place at my private fitness log cabin.

All equipment is provided including a fresh towel and water bottle.

BUDDY SESSION –£35 each

Get results, achieve your goals and have someone to share the experience with!

Whether it’s a friend, family member or colleague….you’ll be training directly alongside them.

It doesn’t matter if you have different fitness levels – you’re both there to make positive changes to your body, health and happiness.

All equipment is provided including a fresh towel and water bottle.
