CONSULTATION – FREE

Your initial consultation will consist of a short questionnaire relating to your health.

We will then establish your short/long term goals and gather some basic but essential information including your likes and dislikes of exercising so I can create you a tailor-made program.

Consultation: approximately 30 minutes.

BODY COMPOSITION FITNESS & FLEXIBILITY ASSESSMENT – £50

Assessment Includes:

Resting heart rate and blood pressure reading.

Body mass index (BMI).

Measurements.

Waist to hips ratio.

Basal metabolic rate (BMR).

Physical activity level (PAL).

Muscular endurance push up and sit up test.

Flexibility test.

Assessment: 1 hour.

PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION – £45

Taking place at my exclusive fitness log cabin we will work together to achieve your goals and get results without an intimidating, stressful or congested gym environment.

All equipment provided including a fresh towel and water bottle.

Weekly emails for motivation, support and guidance.

Videos and tips on how to achieve your goals.

Regular written articles on diet and nutrition, motivation, exercise and other relevant topics.

Session: 1 hour.

BUDDY SESSION –£60

Get results, achieve your goals and have someone to share the experience with!

Whether it’s a friend, family member or colleague….you’ll be training directly alongside them.

It doesn’t matter if you have different fitness levels – you’re both there to make positive changes to your body, health and happiness.
