My Everest wasn’t always a mountain made of rock and ice.
After a 15-year battle with an eating disorder, alcohol issues and depression, I rebuilt my life from rock bottom – and in 2024, I stood on the summit of Mount Everest.
Today, with over a decade in the health & fitness industry since 2011, I’m a multi award-winning Fitness Entrepreneur and the founder of Conquer Your Everest Coaching.
Now, I help women conquer their own Everest:
Losing fat for good, breaking free from yo-yo dieting, building strong habits and finally enjoying the process – without extremes, restriction or giving up their social life.
My approach isn’t about quick fixes.
It’s about building habits that last.
