BUDDY SESSIONS

Don’t want to train on your own?

Want someone to share the experience with?

Whether it’s a friend, family member or colleague you’ll be training directly alongside them.

Buddy sessions are fantastic and run exactly the same as 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions.
