I just wanted to share with you an incredibly inspiring, 40 second video that I posted on my social media last week which attracted alot of views, love and positive interaction.

 

How AMAZING is this?

 

So often, people believe they’re too old to exercise or strength train but the truth is…

 

There is no age barrier when it comes to strength & fitness.

 

You are NEVER too old or too young to incorporate exercise and strength training into your daily routine.

 

Sure, this will need to be adapted depending on varying factors but that’s the beauty of exercise – it is literally for EVERYONE.

 

Whether you’re 6, 16 or 60+

 

YOU deserve and have the right to be strong, fit and healthy.

 

And to be honest, it’s actually when we get older that we need our strength and fitness the most.

 

Whether it’s walking up stairs, getting out a chair, in a car, off the floor, carrying shopping or putting things in cupboards above our heads.

 

Forget fatburning and weightloss.

 

Think quality of LIFE!!

 

The majority of the women I train are 40-60years old.

 

And you know what every single one of those women say?

 

 ➡  When they start getting stronger and fitter.

 ➡  When they start feeling a million times better in themselves.

 ➡  When start doing things they’ve never done before.

 

😐  I wish I’d started sooner!!

 

So,

 

If you’re reading this and in the ‘I’m too old to do X, Y or Z camp’.

 

Here’s my best advice.

 

Do be discouraged.

 

✅ Start small, start simple but just START.
