It’s really weird being on the other side and being the one who’s asking for help but here I am.

 

As you may know,

 

Last year, despite my fear of heights and exercise induced asthma, I became the 7th female from Scotland to successfully summit Mount Everest (8848m/29,050ft).

 

Next June, I plan to take on the 2nd highest, the steepest and hardest mountain in the world to climb – K2 (8611m/28,251ft).

 

Becoming, I believe, the 1st Scot ever to do so!!

In the process, I’m once again raising money for Friends of Anchor as well as awareness for mental health issues, both of which are close to my heart.

 

However, before I can fully focus on that, I need to secure funds for my expedition.

 

I’m continuing to work relentlessly behind the scenes to secure sponsorship but this is proving to be extremely challenging and am aware time is ticking.

 

Therefore, am now reaching out to others and hoping to get some support in making this all happen.
