Oh yes, Summer is on it’s way and I want to help you look and feel as CONFIDENT, HEALTHY & HAPPY as possible!
Can I magically do this for you? – No.
Will this magically happen by itself? – No
I have the power to give you tools and to help, guide and support you but only YOU have the POWER to really make it happen.
Here’s my Top 10 Tips to getting ‘back on it’:
1. Throw away TEMPTATION.
Bag up and get rid of any left over chocolates, biscuits, processed crap and other waistline expanding ‘treats’ – out of sight out of mind.
2. Get LOTS of water down you.
Let’s hydrate after those Easter vino’s/beers and flush out those toxins.
3. LOAD up on a variety of veggies.
These badboys are supercharged with fibre, vitamins and minerals which will help your digestive system and boost your immune system.
4. Don’t go too crazy on the fruit.
No more than 2 portions a day.
Yes it’s good sugar but it’s STILL sugar.
5. Get plenty of lean meat, fish and eggs in on your weekly shop.
(if it’s possible, head to your local butcher, fishmonger as the quality will always be higher than supermarkets).
6. Stay off the alcohol at LEAST till the w/e.
7. MAKE time for your workouts.
A short workout is always better than NO workout!

8. PLAN your meals / snacks.
You’ll be MUCH less likely to eat crap impulse but try to limit snacking and just aim for your 3 meals.
9. Make YOU a priority.
Nobody else is going to do it for you.
10. Seize the day.
EVERY day is your chance to get closer to where you want to be – don’t waste it!
You have nothing to lose but EVERYTHING to gain.
Choice 1 – Sit back and watch people around you transform their body, feel healthier, fitter and happier.
Choice 2 – Get off your backside and grab a piece of that ‘happy pie’ for yourself!
Be the best version of YOU, you can possibly be!
