We’re now officially HALF way through April (scary I know) so I just wanted to see how this month is working out for you?


Is your eating on point?

Are you making time to workout?

Are you feeling happier in yourself?


Sometimes we fall OFF the wagon, LOSE our motivation and FORGET to focus.


So here’s some simple tips to help you get back ON that wagon and ON that road to success!


1. Take Weekly/Monthly Progress Pictures & Measurements.

Soooo much more accurate than scales, a great way of assessing your progress and keeping you MOTIVATED.


2. Make Small Changes on A Daily Basis.

Trying to change too much a once can feel overwhelming and to be honest is setting yourself up to fail.

Small + Consistent  = RESULTS!

3. Read Your Food Labels.

If you don’t know what it is, can’t pronounce it or takes you half an hour to read – DON’T EAT IT!


4. Drink Plenty of Water.

Concentration, energy and mood levels will instantly RISE and food cravings LOWER.


5. Say No To Processed Foods.

These are seriously DAMAGING to your health, waistline, hormones and fatloss.


6. Eat Clean.

Aim for ONE ingredient foods (e.g cucumber, chicken) and refer to no.3


7. Try New Foods.

Eating the same sh*t every day is BORING (even if it’s healthy).

Variety is king.


8. Try New Activities / Exercises.

The BEST type of exercise is a bit of everything.​

9. Make Family Time.

Regardless of how ‘BUSY’ you are, don’t forget the important things.

10. Do Things You Love.

Life’s too short not to.



11. Stop Doing Things You Don’t Love.

12. Get Rid of Negativity.

Life’s tough enough without others bringing you down.

A NEGATIVE mind will never lead a POSITVE life.


13. Surround Yourself with Positive People.

See no.12.


14. Make The Most of Every Precious Moment You Have….

You never know what you’ve got till it’s GONE!
