We’re officially in November and another month closer to 2015!
Scary huh?!
So what were your goals for 2014?
Did you achieve them?
Still working on it?
If it’s all gone t*ts up and you haven’t kept on track then NOW is your time to shine!!
The good news is that even though 2015 is only 9 weeks away…..That’s STILL 9 weeks!
You can make LOTS of progress in that time BUT….
YOU have to want it.
YOU have to be committed.
YOU have to stop believing your excuses.
YOU have to believe in yourself.
YOU have to actively make small changes on a daily basis.
Where to start?
It’s a simple as 123
1. THROW OUT ALL YOUR ‘TRIGGER FOODS’.
Left over halloween candy, crisps, biscuits, any trigger foods that you find hard to resist that have been stopping you from achieving your goals all year….get rid.
2. GET ACTIVE.
During your lunch break, walk/cycle to/from work (even parking the car half way is a start), actively play with the kids, have active w/e’s, take up a hobby, do something you’ve never tried before.
3. BE POSITIVE.
So what you may not have achieved your goals yet….you’ve not failed until you give up!
Kick off the day with a positive affirmation, compliment your family, loved one’s, co-workers (positivity is contagious!).
At the end of the day write down 3 things you did well and keep them visible.
​Visualize how AMAZING you will feel when you hit your goals!!
I KNOW you can do this.
Sometimes we just need re-assurance so here’s your GREEN LIGHT to go kick some ass this week.
And just to help you out, here’s a cheeky little kick ass workout that will supercharge your metabolism and push your fitness to another level.
SKIPPING PYRAMID
10 Skips followed by 5 Burpees
20 Skips followed by 5 Burpees
30 Skips followed by 5 Burpees
Repeat this up to 50 Skips then work your way back down 40, 30, 20, 10.
Beginners x1 set.
Intermediate x2 sets (30secs rest between sets).
Advanced x3 sets (30secs rest between sets).
Record your time.
Aim to beat it next time! (with good form).
