Last Tuesday I posted a serious, game changing training tip about killer combos on my social media.

If not, don’t worry here it is:

 

Try throwing a few exercises together instead of just doing one.

 

My favourite is to add them to a circuit, here’s a few ideas:

 

1. Press ups x2 and Plank Jacks x4
2. Squat Jumps x4 and Lunge x2
3. High Knees x10 and Burpee x2

 

These are pretty simple combos but push hard and they’re super challenging giving you as much ‘bang for your buck’ as possible.

 

Not to mention spice up your workouts and make them more interesting!!

 

30secs each exercise 1,2 and 3.
Rest 30secs.
Repeat 5 times.
