Either way I’ve got an awesome ‘Make it Happen’ March Challenge coming up for you starting next Monday!!

 

This Saturday I’m away on holiday for a week to St. Moritz in Switzerland.

Yuuup to it’s that time of year to bust out my skis & snowboard and go crazy on the slopes so while I’m grabbing some big air and carving some ‘freshies’ I want to make sure YOU start March by…

 

INJECTING positivity and motivation,

SUPERCHARGING your fitness,

FIRING UP your metabolism,

SMASHING your goals!!

 

There’s absolutely NO reason why YOU can’t do this challenge.

It likely won’t take any longer than 5/10mins.

NO equipment required.

 

You can do it by yourself, challenge your partner, colleagues, staff or even get your kids involved!!

 

Here’s the rules:

 

‘MAKE IT HAPPEN’ MARCH CHALLENGE 2015

 

  • Monday 2nd March (next week) – Monday 30th March.​

 

  • ​Do the exercises below 5x per week (any day) = 20 x total.

 

  • RECORD your time to complete all 5 exercises.

 

  • Focus on GOOD FORM before speed.

 

  • Your goal is to complete the exercises just that little bit FASTER each time.

 

  • For a chance of winning, EMAIL me your name, 1st and last recorded times by Monday 30th March.

 

  • WINNER(S) ANNOUNCED TUESDAY 31ST MARCH

 **Winners not decided on who is the fittest so if this takes you 20mins to complete you could STILL be a winner!**

 

EXERCISES:

50 Squat Jumps

40 secs Mountain Climbers

30 Jumping Jacks

20 Burpees

10 Press Ups
