LEE’S FRIDAY KITCHEN CORNER…

 
I posted something similar to this a couple weeks ago but with a 5 week old and time still a luxury, this is sooo SIMPLE and QUICK.

 
I switched up the veggies and protein and boom different meal.

 
INGREDIENTS:

 
Yellow pepper
Green beans
Sugar snaps
Red onion
Brocoli

 
Chicken filllets
Bacon medalions (me)
Streaky bacon (for the wife)

 
A ridiculous amount of garlic
Drizzle of olive oil
Black pepper.

 
1. Chop veg, add garlic, olive oil, black pepper and toss so even covered and place on baking tray.

 
2. Wrap chicken fillets (or breasts) in bacon (of your choice) and place on baking tray.

 
3. Throw everything in the oven @ 200 for 20mins and like magic a cheeky extra but of chicken comes out, lol.

 
4. Serve and enjoy.
