Today, I’m starting with my apologies and a little confession.

 

I tried my hardest to share this last Monday.

 

However, I don’t think even Batman could have made it all happen.

 

After an early, Monday morning workout in The MAX Experience.

 

It was FULL systems go to get myself, wife and both Bosses (my kids) organised for a Caravan holiday up north.

 

After a serious game of high intensity car Tetris aka fitting everything in.

 

We were off!

 

However, after taking some much needed time out with some friends and my fam.

 

Here’s mi : )

 

Committed to helping you succeed as always and this month is all about taking control back.

 

Boosting our mental health through exercise and positive habits.

 

Building a stronger body and simply looking & feeling our best.

 

The good news is, that doesn’t need to be complicated or take a massive amount of time when you know what to focus on.

 

OK, so what do I need to do Lee?

 

Follow the 7 simple steps below and I guarantee

 

You’ll soon see and feel changes begin to happen!

 

1. Drink at least 2 litres of water a day

 

Try add a little lemon, fruit or cheeky bit of ‘no added sugar’ Vimto (my fave) to your water.

 

Makes it much easier to drink.

 

2. Aim to hit around 10,000 steps a day

 

If you’re nowhere near that, don’t worry.

 

Just try to do a little more each day.

 

3. Eat more protein

 

Aim to have at least every meal.

 

More protein = less cravings

 

4. Cut down on sugary crap & alcohol

 

All those excess calories will make it impossible to maintain a calorie deficit (essential for weightloss) and also leave you feeling sluggish and bloated.

 

You don’t have to eliminate them, just don’t eat and drink like a twat.

 

Think 80% eating healthy, nutritious foods and 20% flexibility and fun.

 

5. Keep your portions under control

 

This applies at the w/e too!

 

If you regularly suffer from portion distortion, try using smaller plates or sticking to 3 meals a day with only a couple snacks.

 

Steps 1 & 3 will help here as you’ll feel much LESS hungry.

 

6. Get a sweat on at least 3 times a week.

 

This doesn’t need to take long and can be done in as little as 10mins.

 

7. Hit Up This 20min Banging Beach Bod Workout.

 

Forward to 2mins to skip the chat then have some sweaty fun.

 

 

It’ll get your heart pumping, muscles burning, sweat flowing and make you feel amazeballs!

 

There’s options throughout so don’t worry if you don’t think you’re ‘fit enough’.

 

I shared this with my MAX Experience members to keep them active while I was away and they loved it.
